Kiewa half-court Basketball

Half court basketball court available to everyone in the local area. We plan to organise 3on3 competitions for men women and kids on a regular basis. Presently the only basketball court available in Kiewa/Tangambalanga is at the Primary School in Tangam. However, there are students attending after-school care who use the courts on week days restricting public access.

Kiewa is a little village approximately 15 minutes from Wodonga. Some residents have lived here for generations. Others have moved for a more rural lifestyle. I fall into the latter. I joined the Lions Club to get to know some local people but they're older. I don't play footy and I don't play cricket. A social 3on3 mens competition would be an opportunity to meet other dads in town. Ditto for the mums when we run their comp. And the kids too - not everyone goes to the local schools. Currently the space is not used at all.
