Replace the old toilet block at the Kaniva Recreation reserve with a new modern facility incorporating change rooms (male and female), unisex toilets and unisex disabled accessible cubicle with baby change. This facility would be used by community members attending various events that are held at the recreation reserve - The local agricultural and pastoral show, the annual Car and Bike show, football and netball matches, hockey matches, as well as community members using the facility as a general area for their own recreation eg: dog walking, running, walking.

The benefit to the local community will be 24 hour access to a modern toilet/changeroom facility which can be used by anybody attending the local agricultural show, football/netball games, hockey games, car and bike show as well as casual recreation use by runners, walkers, dog walkers etc. The current toilet block is an eyesore, old and rundown, so is quite hard to maintain and keep clean. This may also be beneficial to the Agricultural and Pastoral Society to encourage more carnival rides to the show by providing better conveniences.
