innovative way of seeing your future

This program is meant for young people, who might be experiencing lack of acceptance or barrier to be employed by job industry due to their limited networking & connection. In addition to their locality and lack of resources to support their needs. which could result in these youth being isolated and at the same time losing future hope.
Our program is aiming at creating connection with local agencies & businesses to support these young people. This will be carry out by having excursions and involving youth in sort of jobs that they might wanted to do in future.

1. Will Establish connections between local communities & other communities of low socio-economic and immigrant backgrounds living in Public Housing with the wider Australian community.
2. Encouraging and promoting connection and addressing the disconnection of youth from local job industry.
3. Build the capacity of community to support and encourage their youth in getting jobs they wanted
4. Address the issue of isolation from mainstream Australian community not just because of settlement issues, but as a result of perception, discrimination based on race, religion, gender.
