Grass roots guide to good grub in the Goulburn Valley

Good Grub Goulburn Valley is open to food producers, presenters and makers in the region. It will benefit locals and visitors alike through authentic representation and promotion of the experiences via online/digital channels and a printed guide.
Industry workshops will be offered free of charge and will be open to producers, restaurants, cafes and independent food retailers.
The project will include:
- the authentic capture and representation of the produce and experiences available
- workshops to connect producers and assist industry to achieve their unique point of difference
- communication tools for a local and visitor audience including mandarin translation

Good Grub in the Goulburn Valley will directly benefit the local community by creating a sense of identity and network amongst the local growers and makers and will encourage increased economic activity through buying local and tourism.

The project will create knowledge, pride and understanding of the seasons and the range and quality of the produce the Goulburn Valley is famous for and the diversity of makers taking it to market.

Currently, there is no dedicated or comprehensive way to connect people to our product.

Participation will be free of charge to all makers and presenters in the Goulburn Valley.
