Teaching Scouts, and community members about rural outdoor education and locally historic precinct and events. Glenrowan Township nestles in Rowens Gap, the pass that separates the Warby Ovens National Park and Futter Ranges almost midway between the provinicial cities of Wangaratta and Benalla. Towns which are close by and form a part of the area are Lurg, Greta, Hansonville, Hamilton Park, Thoona, Winton Wetlands

Upgrading the building and amenities will provide the community of belonging, safe, healthy environment with warmth, social networking, and the ability to enjoy the building.
The improvement will enhance the usage of the building and at a viable rate could be shared within the rural region amongst communities. National and State sporting and film events do investigate all venues and usage to accommodate their needs. Also scouting has been apart of this community and to save our hall is very special. Scouting Groups and Vacation Care Holiday Programs include an area for outdoor activities.
