'Fooverage' will be staged in January 2019 at Mossvale Park, Berry's Creek in an easily accessed venue with parking on site. It’s a unique destination where exhibitors and guests can walk and sit beneath large exotic trees planted by Francis Moss some 100 years ago. There will be a high-quality, seated table for lunch for up to 200 people, including quality local fresh food and dishes prepared specifically using local produce, fresh breads and delicatessen products suitable for picnicking, locally produced award-winning wines and beers. It will also feature various cooking demonstrations showcasing local produce and hero dishes available for

Whilst South Gippsland produces high quality food and beverages, the lower population density of the region indicates the best way of underpinning and growing its economic base (and jobs) to encourage food-based tourism.

'Fooverage' is designed to attract people who enjoy higher quality culinary experiences to discover the finer food and beverages Gippsland has to offer.
