Our aim is to feed the homeless once a week and then also feed the emergency service members so they can focus on the job at hand, using our food truck. In terms of emergency services, we would drive out to areas hit by natural disasters to provide sustenance and any food necessary to help the hardworking emergency service members of our community. With the feeding the homeless, this project has already begun and we are looking for funding. We currently visit Franklin street in Melbourne and feed up to 150 homeless members of our community on a weekly basis.
Our community has been stricken by a large number of people who find them selves without the basic human necessities, by means of shelter and food. We feel this is something that we can aid the community with, our volunteers will provide food for the homeless. In an attempt to re establish a unity and bond in our community in aiding the homeless. The emergency services aid show appreciation to the emergency services members and also aid those who have been affected by natural disasters. Using our food truck to offer both of these services.

A heart touching project by Hasene. Thank you for the time and effort you all put in, in order to provide for our community.
Thank you for initiating this helpful project for our community.
Fantastic project, need it more often feeding the homeless.
Volunteers who dedicate their weekend nights, pre-planning, preparing and delivering warm meals to those are less fortunate to have what most consider a normal meal. Round of applause for Hasene, where volunteers from groups and schools gather to volunteer on weekly basis for a much needed handout and a fantastic community engagement program.
This a very good project to assist in hardship the forgotten Australians

This is a beautiful campaign helping us understand the struggles the homeless community faces. This is a project that will help HASENE AUSTRALIA to reach the wider community. Excellent work.
This is a wonderful initiative... Thank you Hasene for being involved in such beneficial projects for the community.
It is an excellent initiative by Islamic Community Milli Gorus HASENE branch. They provide hot food and drinks to the poor and homeless on freezing winter nights. Well done.
