Families from all walks of life and backgrounds are welcome to access our services.
These activities are offered at least 3 times a week which will include boxing, Zumba, Zuu, Metafit, Circuit training and Weight training all of which are facilitated by qualified trainers.
All participants will be involved in special events and activities including but not limited to nutritional guidance, programmes and workshops, medical check-ups, bio-scans, weigh loss challenges, support groups, youth and children’s family camp.
An ‘Ambitious Youth Kids” group will be run by qualified volunteers.
We believe that healthy and happy families build strong communities.
Many families don’t have the means to pay for gym memberships or get their children into extracurricular activities namely after school programmes, sports teams, youth groups or summer camps. The ‘Family First’ project will offer a multipurpose program that will allow everyday families to get together and better their health and well-being in a fun and supportive environment. We aim to bring families together to place a particular focus on empowering the young and Indigenous within the community by providing a service that will help nurture, encourage and mould them into courageous, confident and positive individuals.
