Empowering girls

Our program is aimed at girls aged 12-18. It is a 10 month program where participants meet for a total of four times during retreat weekends. The girls will be focusing on empowerment including:
- Working on strengthening your character, building confidence and self-esteem.
- Changing the way girls see and feel about themselves and breaking down stereotypes.
- Working on being brave, taking risks and embracing failure in school and early career, when it has the most potential to impact their lives.
The retreats will be on a regular basis, so to allow for feedback and guidance.

We live in an era when girls are told they can do anything. So why don’t we see more women rising to the top ranks of corporations and government? Most girls are taught to avoid risk and failure. We teach them to be perfect rather than brave. This aversion to risk and failure is holding women back.
Our program empowers girls by fostering strength of character, changing the way girls see and feel about themselves and teaching them to be brave rather than perfect. We offer support to girls to grow into strong women with passion and conviction.
