The Marong FNC would like to install electronic scoreboards which can be used to support local Football and Netball games. The system will allow live streaming of results through an integrated smartphone app, allowing live access to scoring as and when it happens.
These state of the art boards can also be used for other community events, such as community movie nights and community expos like the recent Camping expo.
The Marong and surrounding communities are growing at an exponential rate with Marong growing at a rate of 450% over the past 4 years. Malone Park sits at the centre of the community as a local sporting and event hub.
The facilities have recently been used for other community events, the introduction of this technology will provide further opportunities for the community to leverage this important community infrastructure.
Fun community movie nights, community fairs and local craft markets will bring people from across the region to Malone Park. This will create opportunities for increased business for our local business owners.
