“DANCING FOR FITNESS AND WELLBEING”
U3A Frankston is planning to introduce a weekly dance class that will run for 48 weeks of the year.
A dance course run by U3A Frankston, that will help to improve your health and wellbeing, doing physical exercise, like dancing, will combine aerobic fitness with your sensorimotor skills.
Dancing is a fun exercise that nearly everyone can get involved in.
To provide affordable daytime Ballroom Dance Classes for the Frankston community, to assist seniors to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle through dance.
The opportunity to make new friends in a happy atmosphere at the same time proving the mental challenge of learning new dance routines in a supportive environment with a professional coach.
This also will assists those in the community who suffer from loneliness and isolation.
