Only Just will showcase local makers’ wares alongside hand crafted fair trade products. This will support, in a very tangible way, the skilful artists and designers of the Diamond Valley area.
Only Just will provide local artisans with a dedicated space within our busy retail store in Eltham, allowing them to showcase & sell their products. We propose to feature 2 different makers every month for a year.
Local makers will also be given the opportunity to meet customers & promote their wares in store allowing them to increase their exposure in the community.
This project will bring together local artisans and customers, allowing our community to purchase locally handcrafted items within their community.
Our makers space will bring diversity & choice to the community; promoting and encouraging shoppers to embrace & support local artisans in addition to the artisans we partner with in developing countries.
Only Just is a not-for-profit fair trade organisation staffed mainly by volunteers.

Several people who came through the shop yesterrday morning responded very positively to the proposed project, took a flier and hopefully will vote. the number of local projects is quite surprising'.
