Cranbourne Bowls Outdoor Area Project

The project will erect shade sails, concrete and seats to an outdoor area. This will provide sun protection for players and spectators during matches, seating and an area which can be used by visitors and the community. The project will include installing a large shade sail, concreting an area, installing 3 seats and 2 bins. The main benefits of having shelters for players, bins and seats installed include various benefits to our members - having a facility to have shade from the burning sun.

The project will provide a dedicated shade area with seating for spectators, members and the community. The area will allow the club to provide better services to visitors of the facility. The installation of shade at the facility would have too many benefits to mention - but most importantly health and safety for our players and all visitors. We believe that “where available, shelter should be offered for players visitors and officials not involved in current play". The outdoor upgrade will provide an area to watch the sport and relax too.
