To upgrade the current lighting system from Metal Helide lighting to LED and conform to the AFL guidelines . In having the upgrade the Football netball club will the major beneficiary also Auskick, and any other community group using the reserve. With the extra safety levels the school and women's football would be expected beneficiaries.
The community as a whole will benefit from many sides as it will be able to hold more night time functions without incurring the extra cost of running the current system. The Cowwarr Football Netball Club will benefit from the lower cost of lighting for both training and matches. All clubs in the N.G.F.N.L will benefit from the ability to play night matches. This comes down to more people being able to be involved in active sport and could also lead into the ability to run women's football as well as other sports out of the Cowwarr Recreation Reserve Facility.

Help us save energy and reduce our carbon footprint
Lights are in dire need of replacement, a small club like this has difficulty acquiring the necessary funding for a project of this size and your support would be immensely helpful for a community and users that come from the town, Traralgon, Sale and surrounding areas.
