Covered walk way for side entrance at new Community Hub

A deck and walk way is included in the costings of a New Community Hub, however a covered veranda roof over the walk way is not included and this application would fund a veranda roof over the walk way. Everyone in the community will use the covered walk way when choosing to access Parks Hall via the new side entrance.

This funding will directly benefit the local community by providing a more user friendly deck and walk way that allows for people to access the new side entrance at Parks Hall without getting rained on in inclement weather, together with being shady in very hot or sunny conditions.
This funding will equate to improved infrastructure to a widely used community building that will continue to grow in usage with the establishment of a New Community Hub with a user friendly side entrance.
