Community Zen Garden and Health & Wellbeing Festival

Zen gardens have become popular as we search for a means to reduce stress, find calmness and peace to soothe our inner souls. The Mantle Zen Centre project will provide the local community with open access to a tranquil and curated space for people to visit as a place to just relax, unwind, connect with nature, practice meditation or simply enjoy the beautiful environment. The Zen Centre will also enable community members to participate in health and wellbeing activities like yoga, guided meditation and retreats. The Zen Centre will offer full access to the garden, decks, and central amenities area.

Zen gardens are believed to be an oasis of healing and peace. Zen gardens help visitors to meditate and reflect on their life, bring about a calming affect that heals the mind, body and soul.

Zen gardens don’t just help healing of the body, it is believed that Zen gardens also have a positive and healing effect on mental and emotional wellbeing.

A centre to restore energy through meditation, recreation and healthy food in nature, with advice from experts, our Zen Centre will provide the community a unique space to improve health, promote relaxation, relieve stress and stimulate creativity.
