The Community Sensory Garden includes play and chill out zones open to the whole community. The space is currently used by Coral Park Primary School and Coral Park Playgroup. The playground includes ramps, stairs, nets, a variety of activities on ground and above-ground, making it suitable for all ages and abilities. The Sensory Gardens feature sand, rock and water zones. Wide paths winding through the zones make it accessible for everyone. Quiet chill out zones are surrounded by plants of different smells, textures and colours for all to enjoy, making this a great space for young and old.

Hampton Park houses many diverse families. The local Coral Park Playgroup benefits many, hosting 15-25 children two days per week. Coral Park Primary School and the Playgroup also host a number of children with special needs, and this space could also benefit them a great deal. Currently both groups only use this space during warmer weather. With not much going on in this space, the options are limited. The Gardens will be open to the community outside of school hours, and with easy access, it's something the entire community can benefit from.

This project is much needed in the Hampton Park Community. The local area, Coral Park Primary School & the Playgroup host so many diverse families many with special needs & this would benifit them all significantly

This would be an amazing project to have at Coral Park Primary School. It would be amazing for our local community. So many families would benefit from this sensory garden this is something that lacks in the local area.
