Community Arts and Garden Space

We are creating an area for the community to enjoy and be part of through the means of gardening, education, art and inclusiveness.

We are a small town with a low socioeconomic background. It is an aged population but also has many young families. We are creating a space where everyone feels welcome. The elderly from the nursing home visit, people wander through and help themselves to many of our herbs and vegetables. We envisage the primary school children will come here for outdoor lessons. It is an area where we can put on small performances, hold art classes and teach educational classes based around nutrition and the benefits of healthy eating.
