Clubhouse amenities upgrade

The carpet and chairs in the clubhouse are some 40 years old, therefore they need replacing to support the many activities and functions which are held in the facility.
The clubhouse is in use most days of the week and supports some 400 golf & bowls members as well as hosting supporting events which attract visitors from all over the state. The clubhouse is also used as a meeting place for community events and functions and is a valuable asset to the community, the funding would enable a rejuvenation and provide a more welcoming environment for people to use.

The current project would enable more groups to use the facility in a more welcoming and safe environment. The current carpet and chairs are 40 plus years old and new updated facilities would enable to the clubhouse to be used more as a meeting place for all community groups, school groups and support our local farming community to connect with one another. The golf bowls club and our community relies on volunteers to maintain their facilities and funding for this upgrade would take the pressure off a small farming and ageing community who are asked to support many local causes.
