Pick My Project to create a vibrant, modern community space in Bright for people to work, share ideas, equipment and knowledge. Traditional office buildings are stale, unimaginative and don’t accommodate for workers who are self-employed, work part time or work for several employers. The opportunity to create a space that includes shared tables, individual desks, private phone pods and outdoor seating will allow workers to remain in Bright rather than travel to larger regional centres or even Melbourne to conduct their business. The space will be open to anyone who wants to join on a casual, part-time or full-time basis.

The opportunities for the growing number of workers in Bright and their creativity is being stifled by the lack of available office space. Many work in isolation from home or travel great distances, spending less time in town with family and the community. This ultimately results in dollars and skilled professionals leaving Bright. A shared professional workspace will encourage economic growth in the township and provide a chance to collaborate, network and learn from one another. Establishing a coworking space will ensure Bright remains a progressive township with great community services.

A coworking space does many things. It removes the isolation, adds professionalism to the business, provides cross pollination of ideas and provides a business to customer meeting place. Great project

Its small to medium business's in rural and regional towns that drive the economy- this can only furhter support those people who from time to time need a few more resources to support thier growing business's and or indeed thier own families by not having to travel to Melbs

A real boost for an already amazing community. The growing number of "tele-commuters" will be very grateful, and bring to the fore their expertise for the benefit of the wider region.

So many working from home in need of office space. Many can feel isolated, This is a great initiative creating a shared workspace allowing people to collaborate and create a network within the township.

Fully supported, too many professionals can feel isolated working from home , a community shared working space will support / allow people to feel connected, which will assist with and enhance mental health . The facility will allow participants to seperate their home environment from the work environment
