A portable multipurpose building will assist our community, this will provide a more friendly space for the community to access our current and new programs. The building will provide a space for young people, and residents to access programs, services, referrals & information. The design of the building will provide two Meeting rooms, a community kitchen, two office spaces and two disability toilets. This design provides an accessible building for all people from all abilities from our community to participate in our activities and also opening doors for residents to volunteering at our Neighbourhood House.

This project creates an opportunity for residents to access tailored “pathways” connecting these individuals to needed services, programs, and support groups. The pathways will provide outcomes for health, social and emotional growth, life skills, educational options and crisis intervention services. This building will create an opportunity to host more Play groups, Arts & Crafts, computer and internet access, free community meals, homework groups, and training, cooking classes for Youth and other community members. The build provides a platform for residents to engage with our volunteers, local groups & services. There is currently no models like this in Echuca for residents.
