Bradvale Community Hall

The Bradvale Hall is situated on a recreation reserve and has been used over many years for community meetings, as a celebrations venue, rural seminars, public information events, CFA training and currently hosts three camp drafting events per year attracting around 200 visitors.
The building is structurally sound but is now in need of external uplift, public/disabled access and safety upgrades. Due to large visitor numbers the hall requires structure additions, in the form of concreted veranda and toilet facilities rebuild to modernise and be more appropriate for the current and future demand.

Improved facilities will encourage more members of the community to utilise the space. The warmer more comfortable environment will promote inclusion for the whole community.
Regeneration of the hall will help in promotion of sporting and interest groups and if realised a children's play group is proposed. The community should be confident that this will be their safe space and refuge area should natural disaster strike I.e. It should be capable of providing temporary relief for basic human needs. We believe our hall is quintessential for the whole community for now and into the long term future.
