Big Hustle 3 on 3 Basketball Tournament

YMT&B have partnered with the National Basketball League (NBL) to host a Big Hustle 3 on 3 tournament on the foreshore of Lake Mulwala in Yarrawonga, Sunday 20 January 2019. A free entry qualification tournament is on 18 and 19 January for under 14's, 16's, 18's, Open Men and Women. The top 4 teams in each age group in the qualification tournament will be invited to participate in Sundays Big Hustle against some of Australia's best players.

YMT&B want no barriers to entry. Free entry and invitations to all regional Associations should ensure great participant numbers for this event.

The event will create a temporary population explosion in Yarrawonga and the corresponding economic impact will benefit our regional community. We envisage the free entry resulting in zero barriers and invitations to all regional Basketball Association playing groups will ensure big entry numbers and great spectator support.

Accommodation providers, cafes, restaurants and retailers will be the primary beneficiaries from the participant and spectator crowd in Yarrawonga during the event. The multiplier, or trickle down, effect from significant events ensures the benefit reaches all members of the community. Yarrawonga, an event based community & YMT&B are prominent event organisers in Yarrawonga.
