This project aims to create a labyrinth as a peaceful meditative space on the Warragul Linear Arts Trail
A labyrinth is an ancient circular pattern with a single path to and from its centre that is often used for walking meditations. It is different from a maze which has confusing dead ends. Walking a labyrinth is an inspirational exercise for the mind, body and spirit
(refer https:/labyrinthsociety.org/).
The plan is to construct a beautiful labyrinth in the Burke St Park with budget suitable materials - bricks, concrete, pavers, mosaics, stones -surrounded by landscaping, art works, seating, signs and lighting.

The community labyrinth will beautify an unused green space, be safe, user-friendly, low maintenance and in a location easily accessible to all community members.

It benefits walkers, joggers, children and meditators.
Interesting interactive art
A peaceful space to rest that builds on the Warragul Linear Trail

All age groups, including children, the elderly, and health/wellbeing and disability groups - labyrinth workshop activities

Why can't a service club like Rotary build it as a community project. They are into wheels.

A wonderful inclusive project; can we see justification for $99,000?

A wonderful project to benefit the whole community, both now and into the future. A new permanent fixture on a well used walking trail.
