Bathrooms and Toilet refurbishment project

Existing bathrooms and toilets are the original design of 1960. The scope of this project includes a full refurbishment of existing facilities including full disabled access. It includes the replacement and upgrade of all underground sewerage and grey water infrastructure which will future proof the existing club rooms for decades to come. The methodology behind the project begins with schematic designs which have been engaged to complete. Underground works will be planned and evaluated for final costing. It is estimated the project will cost $190,000.

Bathroom and toilet amenities at any club are critical for disabled access, hygiene and efficient functionality for all members of the community. Currently, the amenities at the bowling club do not allow easy access for some members and guests. It must be remembered that they original designs dating back over 50 years. As the clubs inclusiveness strategies continue to produce positive outcomes, never has it been more important to provide facilities that all members of our community can utilize. A full refurbishment would benefit all demographics of our community.
