Banno Real Learners

This program aims to engage and develop vulnerable learners and offer the opportunity for students to become successful through hands on learning. A range of students both male and female from a range of year levels will be afforded access to the program. To deliver program we need to provide a stand alone space on the school site for the program to be delivered. Funding will assist with the initial capital set up costs where the school will contribute to the ongoing funding of the program.

Our wider community is a fast growing rural centre and our school needs to grow the opportunities afforded towards the young people so they can benefit our community in both long and short term future. The ongoing curriculum of the program will see the students link in with a range of community groups. The program aims to reduce anti social behaviour, strengthen community links, build self confidence, further develop skills that may benefit community through workforce deployment in years to follow.
