The FREE mobile workshop is designed to empower mothers to feel confident about their transition into the workforce. Returning to work can be an extremely challenging and anxious time for mothers who have taken time away from a career to raise their children. Mothers can feel pressure to keep up with the professional environment, juggle work and family life and feel a range of emotions associated with finding work/life balance. This project will be available to all mothers throughout the Goulburn Valley region and includes a series of thought-provoking topics and activities. Partners are also welcome!

This program will benefit the community through inclusion and connections with other mothers and services, as well as empowering a generation of mothers who are independent role models to younger generations. Our community will benefit from working mothers who bring their own experiences to the workforce and feel confident in their ability to contribute to a stronger financial future for their families. Mothers are encouraged to strive for a meaningful career without jeopardising their family or compromising their professional goals. The workshop is suitable for mothers of all ages who are transitioning into the workforce.
