AVWSU - Digitisation

While we have quite a significant number of current members, their age is now approaching 90+. It is very hard to bring new generation of younger people into the organisation as its communication are now limited to paper based from the format point of view and to Russian Language from the content of view.
This project to take The Association to the new phase of its communication technology and will establish digital presence on-line and to a two-language communication.
The scope will include new two languages web site and monthly newsletter development. A number of supporting components will be delivered.

Currently from electronic channels only email is used by a very limited number of member (mainly the Committee group).

Process of membership fee collection is manual and tedious.

Process of donations collections is also manual and because of that is only limited to the geographically close entities.

Unless the organisation opens up its information presence into the on-line space and starts publishing its content in at least two languages its future is un-certain.

It might simply close down in the next a few years.
