The idea behind the App to is help disabled parkers access and locate disability parking much quicker with less hassle. The App will provide the driver with top of the range GPS signal locating the nearest Disability parking space. Depending on where the driver is they can access the App immediately and locate where the nearest disability parking is, minimising stress and time.

The App can also help make travelling plans easier by simply typing in the destination and locating nearest disabled parking spaces in advance, this way the driver can identify exactly where it can park instead of trying to figure it out last minute.
Another feature of the App that i believe will be very beneficial for the local council is the reporting component. This feature will enable the disability driver to report any unauthorised parkers in the disability parking spaces. The report will be conducted through the app accompanied by proof of image and sent to the local council.

Not just Craigieburn, but all of Melbourne. It is very difficult to find DPP Parking. The percentage of DPP Parking spaces in all areas is very low.

Most of us are very lucky to be able to find parking and if you are not able to do so we can still take public transport quite fast, therefore we need to help others such as disability patrons find disabled parking quickly. Budget of $46, 200 is insufficient so the Australian Government need to provide more than $50,000.00 for Craigieburn population that has grown so much with young families and still growing with aging population too.
Besides, the Craigieburn Station that we fought for and supported by the ALP Ministers to get budget since 1994 to 2000 + has now been put to good use (Yes: We finally got a station), but there still needs more improvement to accommodate for disable travellers because we have two platforms (opposite one another with a crossing over train tracks that makes it difficult for disable travellers to get to the train having to cross the train-crossing to catch trains on both platforms).
