A Community Health and Well being Center for all ages.

This centre will provide a safe space for people of all ages to participate in free recreational and mindfulness activities designed to improve overall health and wellbeing as well as encourage people from diverse cultural backgrounds to engage in activities that will enhance social cohesion whilst being physically active.

This centre will have but not limited to play groups for young parents with children, recreational activities for children and adolescents such as martial arts, dancing, singing and hip hop programs, and cultural integration nights. Gentle exercise programs for those recovering from injury or illness , the disabled and elderly members of the community. It will promote and encourage artistic expression of all orientation and have seminars on stress management, building social connections , enhancing relationships, positive parenting , planning nutritional and affordable foods for the family, and preparing for retirement.
