4. Integrity & Transparency Vs Greed & Corruption in leadership
5. Assertiveness & Negotiation skills
6. Indigenous Knowledge
7. Financial, Business & Project Management
8. Problem solving, Innovation & Business Creation
9. Workplace Safety & Maslow’s Hierarchy of human needs
10. Community & Environmental Responsibility / Accountability

A new style of leader, a 'Transformational Leader' with higher level core values, is required to deal with the current global challenges faced by business and environment.
Transformational leaders will use positive influences such as: Collective Impact, Permaculture, & Community development, as well as understanding and compassion, to overcome the negative factors of Over Consumption and Waste, Power and Greed & Climate Change.
The benefit to our community will be job prospects that outlast the closing of the power stations, a strengthening of our community relationships and elevated care of our local environment.
