Trail of Lights completed its project in November 2019.
The project created a lantern festival along the Federation Trail and nearby wetlands in Wyndham. On the launch night, there were projection tours, food trucks, a Welcome to Country Ceremony, performances and a parade. Workshops to create the lanterns brought primary school students together, and the launch event was attended by over 1,000 people.
