Speedway Track Upgrade of Lighting completes project
Speedway Track Upgrade of Lighting completed its project in January 2020.
The project upgraded the lighting at the Simpsons Speedway near Cobden, which had become outdated and in need of repairs. The new lighting has made the track much safer for evening events. The events are an opportunity for the remote community to socialise, which is benefitting their wellbeing. The club has enjoyed an increase in membership thanks to the lighting.
