Solar panels for Melbourne's first pay-as-you-feel rescued food market completes project
Solar panels for Melbourne's first pay-as-you-feel rescued food market completed its project in September 2019.
The project installed solar panels for the 'Inconvenience Store' at Thornbury's Lentil As Anything restaurant. The energy-efficient panels have reduced electricity costs for the social enterprise by 25%. These savings have gone towards extra food rescue resources.
