Sensory and Sustainable Garden completes project

Sensory and Sustainable Garden completed its project in November 2019.

The project created a sensory garden at Cambridge Primary School in Hoppers Crossing. The garden has been therapeutic for students with autism or other sensory processing disorders. Students have been able to engage their five senses in the garden to help them calm down when feeling overwhelmed. The sensory garden is encouraging mental development, health improvements, emotional growth and social integration, in addition to increasing the learning motivation of students.
