Pipemakers Park Community revegetation project completes project
Pipemakers Park Community revegetation project completed its project in December 2019.
The project completed a range of conservation activities at Pipemakers Park in Maribyrnong. Community groups and volunteers conducted weed removal, native plantings, rubbish removal, frog surveys, bird surveys, made community gardens and create a full time working nursery. The space is now more open and inviting, and more locals are aware of it thanks to the many volunteers who were involved.
