I Wish I'd Asked completes project
I Wish I'd Asked completed its project in February 2020.
The project developed a program that connects young people with older generations in Shepparton to tackle loneliness. The activities were designed to foster intergenerational conversations, such as cooking classes, gardening and crafts. Participants of the program have reported feeling happier, more secure, content and confident. Many of the seniors have experienced reduced social isolation and loneliness, improving their emotional and physical wellbeing.
