"Help Us Finish our Mobile Shower for the Homeless Truck" completes project

"Help Us Finish our Mobile Shower for the Homeless Truck" completed its project in September 2019.

The project has helped Clean as Casper, a group assisting people facing hardship in the Frankston area with personal care for the last two years, upgrade their existing infrastructure to a brand-new truck with shower facilities and associated amenities. Since the upgrades, shower users have increased by at least five people per site. The showers are helping people experiencing homelessness feel more dignified in public. They're also providing opportunities for social interactions and new friendships to be forged.
